Preparing for the postpartum is one of the biggest acts of self-care and empowerment a woman can ever do for herself. You have completely unique physiological needs in the postpartum, that are like no other time in your life.

However you birth, you can control your postpartum by learning how to take care of your body after birth.
Work with a health practitioner like me, a clinical herbalist of eight years specialising in the postpartum and other periods of maternal health.

Sessions are 60 minutes long. Notes will be provided after the session via email and will come with plenty of recommendations, resources for preparing for the postpartum, helpful links / signposting etc.
Sessions are a confidential space, where you can share any part of what’s on your mind / how you’re feeling. Feel heard and witnessed in your transition into motherhood in a safe, held container with Rachael, a women’s health practitioner.
Once purchased Rachael will contact you to make an online appointment or in person session if in Sussex, UK. Times are flexible, so we can work to your schedule.
