ENERGY BOOSTING ORGANIC GINSENG HONEY:
To support fatigue during birth - it’s great to have something on hand for when you’re feel tired during birth. This ginseng honey contains ginseng which is a wonderful tonic for birth. It is blended into an organic honey, so that you can have a tea spoon when you’re tired, or mix it into a drink. Ginseng is in small amounts and safe for use unless you have hypertension.
MASSAGE OIL FOR LABOUR
A gently, fragrant organic oil for labour, with soothing calendula, calming lavender and clary sage and cramp bark which supports with cramp-based pain. Perfect for rubbing on your lower back, or shoulders as some relaxation during birth.
